"Perfect introduction to a capsule hotel! Clean and spacious pods. Great location, walkable distance to centre of Shinjuku. Perfect for a cheap stay. My friend found that her back was aching after the stay because the mattress is thin and not the softest but this seems to be a theme with Japanese beds in general. "
